Dominican
Republic’s Ministry of Finance auction results can now
be accessed by any Bloomberg user. You can access the
results through Hacienda page in Bloomberg DRTD <Go> or
through function DRSL<Go>. Since the beginning of the
Action Program the results are made public on the Public
Debt Office website:
www.creditopublico.gov.do. As of February 2010,
the primary market auction is being conducted through
Bloomberg platform. You can access the results through

DRSL<Go>.
The
Ministry of Finance Bond Auction Program for 2010
contains two main issues of 3, 5 and 7-years in
Dominican pesos. The first issue initiated in February
2010 dates, while the second issues is planned for
August 2010. The first issue is composed of amounts of
RD$4,000 million (USD$110 million) for each maturity,
while the second issue is programmed currently at
RD$3,500 million (USD$96 million) for each maturity.
The first issue has coupons for 12%, 14% and 16% for the
3, 5 and 7-year maturity, in pesos. You can access the

Up to
March 22 the current yields in the secondary markets for
the above-mentioned bonds are 10.83%, 13.25% and 14.50%
for the bonds that mature in 2013, 2015 and 2017. You

The Notes
Program for 2010 currently entails a 3, 5 and 9-month
maturities, which all initiated in February 2010. This
first issue contemplates RD$2,000 million (USD$55.2MM)
for each maturity and are structured as zero-coupon.
