The Dominican Republic (B2/B/B, all stable outlooks) has mandated Barclays Capital and Citi as joint bookrunners for a 144A/RegS USD-denominated benchmark transaction. The issue is expected to be launched, subject to market conditions, following an investor roadshow, commencing April 23rd.
